In this challenging and uncertain time for the live events industry, streaming your event online has rapidly become the best way to deliver fresh content, engage with your audiences, generate revenue, or simply include friends and family in an important personal occasion.

At BOOM we’ve risen to the challenge and adapted our working practices to facilitate streaming events in a COVID-safe manner. Most notably, we provided complete production management to Liverpool Digital Music Festival 2020 – the largest live music event to take place in the city in 2020.

Implementing a rigorous COVID-19 risk management strategy whilst managing more than sixty-five performances across four venues, and co-ordinating a team of over seventy personnel, BOOM were instrumental in the successful delivery of the festival, with responsibility for technical teams, operational delivery and health and safety.

BOOM‘s Mike Prosser was interviewed (along with the rest of the festival team) for TPi Magazine’s October 2020 issue. You can read the full article below.

We’ve provided operational and technical support to streams by bands, DJs, virtual exhibitions, church services and more. From planning and risk assessment to equipment and technical crew, to networking and telecoms – BOOM have the skills and resources to make your live stream go off seamlessly.
